Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on destination, carrier, and service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.

Cosmeceutix Lab is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Cosmeceutix Lab is not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

Risk of Loss

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer. Cosmeceutix Lab is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting documentation, including photos of the package and contents, may be required to review the claim.

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused, returned to sender, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, Cosmeceutix Lab is not obligated to reship or refund the order. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is approved.
